        EffectiveJuly1,2008onwards,WRAPwillbemakingthefollowingupdatestoitspolicies:
        从2008.7.1起生效,WRAP对法规进行了如下的更新
        1)Recordreviewperiods–Currently,fornewfacilities,werequireareviewofrecordsgoingbackonly45dayspriortothedateoftheaudit.Wearenowincreasingthisperiodto90days.
        记录评审期-目前,对于新的设施,我们要求审核日期后的45天回访进行记录评审?我们现在将这时间增加到90天?
        Notethatthe45dayperiodwithregardstotimeelapsedbeforeafollow-upvisitcheckonacorrectiveactionwillremainthesame.Further,the90dayrequirementwillrelateonlytotherecordreviewforfacilitiesapplyingfortheirfirstWRAPcertification.Re-certapplicantswillbesubjecttothefullprioryearreview,asbefore.

        Therefore,factoriesapplyingfortheirfirstWRAPcertificatedthatareauditedafterJuly1,2008willneedtohave90daysworthofrecordsreviewed.

        2)IssuanceofClevelcertificates–WRAPhasadetailedpolicyalreadypostedonourwebsiteclickhereandinthenewhandbook.Weareenhancingthatpolicyasfollows:Anyfactorythat,duringanystageoftheaudit(initial,recert,follow-up),cannotfullydemonstratecompleteandaccuraterecordsforwagesandworkhours(includingovertime),willautomaticallyreceiveaClevelcert.ThismeansthatanyviolationsofPrinciples5&6whereourmonitorsindicateissueswithrecordkeeping,orcannotverifythemduetoinconsistencies,willresultinaCcertificateatthetimeofcertification(i.e.,eitherwhenthefacilityeventuallypassestheaudit,orrequestsoneunderthecurrentpolicy).

        3)HoursofWork–StartingwithcertificatesissuedforauditsconductedafterJuly1,wewillbelistingonourcertificatesinformationabouttheaverageweeklyhoursandthemaximumweeklyhoursworkedforthesamplecoveredduringtheperiodthatwasreviewed.Thus,thecertificatewillhaveasmallboxonitthatsays:
